Responsibilities

• Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
• Clean and polish fixtures and furniture
• Perform buffing and floor maintenance as needed, if applicable
• Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements

• Willing to work night shift and some weekends. 
• Must have a vehicle for transportation and a valid Driver's License
• Must undergo a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

The candidate must be reliable & dependable, as properties may have a check in on the day it's being cleaned. Majority of the time, cleaners will work alone in properties, so it's important to be a self-starter.

Duties will mainly include:

• Cleaning the property vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces including bathrooms)
• Laundry (washing, drying, folding)
• Making Beds & Setting out Bath Linen
• Resetting the property for next guest to check in
• Restocking (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
• Mandatory Checklist to be completed
• Adhere to established cleaning procedures and client instructions.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and products.
• Ensure safety and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation REQUIRED
• Proven experience in cleaning is preferred.
• The ability to follow a cleaning checklist.
• The ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Aware of time management
• Ability to lift 20lbs
• Available for day shifts between 10am-6pm
• Must have availability on Sunday
• Must have holiday availability
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals

Experience

• 1+ year cleaning experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation of the dishwashing machine, the sink pot scrub station and all ware washing set-up. 
• Operate various types of dish washing equipment.
• Recognize all types of glassware/plate ware/flatware.
• Sort, organize and stock equipment back on appropriate shelves.
• Recognize defects in the washing process and work towards a solution.
• Work independently or as a member of a team as needed.
• Respond well to directions.
• Report directly to the management team as concerns or situations arise.
• Perform kitchen cleaning responsibilities, including but not limited to sweeping, floor scrubbing and equipment cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be available on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays).
• Must be available in the evening/overnight.
• Work in a fast paced environment and can adapt to sudden changes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Be able to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly over long hours.
• Work within a team environment.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Applicable experience in dish-washing position preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience

• Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dishwashing: 1 year (Required)
